About the Journal

Commedia: Journal of Media and Communication Studies is a scholarly journal that focuses on theoretical, empirical, and critical studies in the field of media and communication across diverse social, cultural, political, and technological contexts. The journal covers a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, communication theory, media studies, digital and new media, journalism, public relations, political communication, cultural and popular communication, media literacy, and contemporary communication issues.

This journal publishes scientific works produced by academics and researchers through rigorous literature-based inquiries and empirical research, encompassing conceptual studies, qualitative and quantitative research articles, case studies, and interdisciplinary approaches related to media and communication studies.

COMMEDIA is published three times a year (triannually) in February, June, and October by MSA Research as a medium for the dissemination of scholarly knowledge and research findings in the field of media and communication studies.
